Be prepared for worsening leaks during the rainy summer months. Part of living in Atlanta is, of course, dealing with large storms and lots of rain. The only reason you should worry about replacement is if leaks continue to pop up in areas that have already been mended. Again, this could be a sign of a weakening roof.
